I (and presumably others) would find it helpful to build a resource base of online (ie freely accessible) literature, research etc on junior chess policy, strategy, what works etc.

I'll start the ball rolling, prompted by a email from Craig Pritchett, with an article of his from Chess in 2005

http://www.chessscotland.com/junior/cpchessmay05.htm

I hope Craig joins the forum. He and others, especially in Aberdeen, have moved the agenda on quite impressively. We can learn alot from their efforts.
