1. e4 e6 2. d4 d5 3. e5 c5 4. c3 Nc6 5. Nf3 Bd7 6. Be2 Nge7 7. h4 cxd4 8. cxd4 Nf5 9. g4 Nfe7N 10. Nc3 a6 11. a3?! Here 11. h5 was probably better ie 11. ... h6 12 Bf4 Rc8 13. Rc1 11... b5 12. b4? Nc8 13. Bd3 Nb6 14. Be3 Rc8 Now we see why 12. b4 was given a question mark. The c3 knight has no cover. 15. Ne2 Nc4 16. Ng3? a5? My oppenent like me missed 16. ...Nxa3 winning as 17. Rxa3 is met with Bxb4+. a5 is still good but not as good as Nxa3. 17. Ng5 h6 18. Nxf7? Ok here is my first major mistake but white is very short of good moves. 18. Bxc4 is probabably the best but after 18. ...dxc4 19. N5e4 axb4 20. Nh5 b3 21. Qf3 Qa5 white still looks to be losing. 18... Kxf7 19. Qf3+ Kg8 20. g5 Nxe3 21. fxe3 hxg5 22. Rf1 Qe7 23. hxg5 axb4 24. Nh5? Trying to make something of the attack but what else? g6, Ne2? 24... bxa3 25. Nf6+?? Still refusing to believe I dont have an attack just hastens the victory for black. The rest I'm not to sure you want to watch. 25... gxf6 26. gxf6 Qb4+ 27. Kf2 Qd2+ 28. Be2 Rh2+ 29. Kg3 Qxe2 If 29. ...Rxe2 30. Qg4+ Kf7 31. Qh5+ Kg8 32. f7+ Kg7 33. Qg5+ Kh7 34. Qg8+ Kh6 35. C24: Bishop's Opening: 2...Nf6

1. e4 e5 2. Bc4 Nf6 3. d3 Bc5 4. f4 Got my move order wrong 4. Nc3 was what I should have played after 4. ... d6 I then have 5.f4 4... d5 5. exd5 Nxd5N 6. Qh5 O-O 7. fxe5 g6 8. Qf3 Qe2 may have been better as would Qg5 offering queen exchange. 8... Be6 9. Ne2? 9. c3 was needed here. 9... Nc6 10. Qg3 f6 11. Bh6 Rf7?! Re8 I think is better. 12. Nbc3! Nd4 13. Nxd5 Bxd5 14. Nxd4 Bxc4 15. e6!? My oppenent admitted this move threw him and It should have as its not rely that good a move. 15... Re7 16. O-O-O Bxe6? 16. ... Bxa2 was better. But my oppenent was scared about this pawn so maybe he was right to take it but I think after Nxe6 white is winning 17. Nxe6 Rxe6 18. d4 Bd6 Not 16. ... Bxd4 as 17. Qb3 Kf7 18. B00: Queen's Fianchetto Defence, Nimzowitsch Defence

1. e4 Nc6 2. d4 d5 3. e5 Inviting a Nimzowitsch defence to the french transpositon without the chance of playing the imediate c5. 3... Nxd4 where white has a piece for 2 pawns white has propabally over extended himself though and black will likely get good play. 4... h5 5. c3N This seemed a good idea at the time as it stops Nb4 with threat of Nc2+. But it also gives black the chance to get ride of one of my knights and since knights are better in closed positions this might have been a bad thing. 5. Be2 g6 6.
